John Lingelbach is an environmental facilitator, mediator, and attorney whose practice over the last twenty years has focused on designing and implementing policy development processes involving multiple stakeholders. 

Mr. Lingelbach has extensive experience successfully facilitating large, multi-party environmental negotiations at the national and regional levels – including the development of multi-stakeholder action plans, draft regulations, voluntary industry standards, innovative approaches to environmental management, project planning and permitting, and internal strategic planning.   He has worked on matters relating to air, water, waste, and land use, and in areas including goal setting, reporting protocols, and federal/state relations.

Mr. Lingelbach received his B.A. from the University of Vermont. After a year of graduate work on a fellowship to Cornell University, he attended and received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
